We stand behind our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Elm Dirt products, we offer a full refund (does not include shipping fees).
We hope that you’ll love everything you ordered on elmdirt.com, but if you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange it within 180 days from the order date.
Note: We aren’t able to accept returns or exchanges unless they have been authorized by our Customer Service Team, which you can email at [email protected]. We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly or rejected without notifying us first. If you want to return or exchange an order or product, please contact us with your Order Number and state the reason. After receiving your email with an exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email with a free return label. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.

Order Cancellation & Modifications
We’ll process your orders promptly so it arrives as quickly as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate requests to cancel or modify an order within one hour after an order is placed; cancellations and modifications are not possible after an order has been processed.
For security purposes, we are unable to redirect a shipped parcel to a secondary shipping address. If a shipper is unable to complete delivery to the original shipping address provided, the parcel will be returned to the fulfillment center and processed as a return.
Promotions
We cannot retroactively apply a discount code to an order. The discount code must be entered at checkout to receive the current promotion or discount.
Discounts cannot be combined with other offers.
Order Cancellation
- For orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer a full refund.
- We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped. Please contact our customer service team for a return after receiving the package.
- Generally, you will receive a refund within 5 to 15 business days. (If no refund is received within 30 days, please contact us via email)
Return/Exchange Process
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivery date. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
- Customers are not required to pay any restocking fee.
- Customers must return their product directly to the store.
- Customers must return new products as per our terms. We do not accept returns on opened or used items.
- Customers do not have to pay for return shipping.
- For customer remorse, not cost.
- We will email you once we process your refund or exchange, and the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Generally, you will receive a refund within 5 to 15 business days. (If no refund is received within 30 days, please contact us via email)
Note: All return/exchange items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original packaging.
